“We remember that night of death. We remember running for our lives. We remember the years of suffering. And we also know that after we are dead, the Government will keep all the money. We won’t get anything”. – Kaniza Bi, one of the victims of the disaster.
Mark Tully returns to Bhopal, 10 years after the gas leak, to find that the American chemical giant has wriggled out of its responsibility towards the victims of the world’s worst industrial disaster. He travels to the USA, Mexico and Brazil to find if the world has learnt any lessons from Bhopal.
